We Guarantee our services. In the case that you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us immediately so that we are able to rectify the issue.

If you are unable to make it to you scheduled appointment please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancels and no-shows will be charged 50% of the service price. 

Please arrive to your appointment on time and ready to relax. No caffeine prior to your appointment. For lash appointments please come with shampooed, clean  lashes and no make-up. No phone calls during your appointment. Please limit talking and sorry no guests are allowed.

To qualify for our guaranteed lashes, aftercare must be followed. Don’t wet your lashes for the first 24 hours post appointment. After that, shampoo your lashes nightly. Comb them daily, be gentle and don’t touch or pull on your lash extensions. Do not wear any waterproof eye makeup. 

We offer a special membership for our Lash Lovers to save, with this membership you will book a bi-weekly standing appointment and be invoiced monthly. 

For convenience, book your next appointment at completion of service. Or book online. To qualify for a fill, lashes must be 50-70% full, usually within 2-3 weeks. 

We follow every COVID-19 safety protocol. Our treatment areas are sanitized between all clients. We require guests to wear a mask. We ask that if you are experiencing any symptoms that you cancel your appointment until you are well.
